The Midcentury Style

I enjoy watching the dramatic play of light in this room, it lifts my spirit and inspires me. Since the house was built in 1975, I wanted to find a midcentury style sofa. There are a variety of midcentury styled sofas online to choose from. Normally, I would never buy a sofa online, but I could not resist this sofa from All Modern, and decided to take a chance. Well, I am glad I did because it is just perfect! It was just like the photo and description, and they send you fabric swatches which is very helpful. 

The 1960's painting above the sofa is from an auction I won on Everything but the House. The pillows are from HomeGoods. Whenever I need pillows or linens, HomeGoods is the first place I go!
